  • Reminders before leaving the property

    Please review the following reminders before leaving the property:

    • Vehicle keys: If you are leaving your car on the property during your absence, you must leave the key in the office so it can be properly labeled and stored.
    • Chairs and umbrellas: These must be placed inside your unit prior to departure. Items left in the outside storage area will be discarded.
    • Bicycles: bicycles must be stored inside your unit. They may not be kept in the maintenance room while you are away.
    • Abandoned items: Any items left in the storage areas or maintenance room will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. 

    Please follow these guidelines to help us maintain the property. Thank you.

    I am providing the link for the Youtube AED instructional video. Louis Lessard is also having an informational gathering on Friday April 17th at 1:00pm in the Clubhouse to educate residents on the use of the AED.

  • Maintenance Personnel Update

    Dear Shareholders,
    Please be advised that Kevin Brocious will be away from Palm Worth for a currently undetermined amount of time. He provided permission for us to let you know that he has been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma (stomach cancer) and began treatment today. 
     
    You may have seen Ken Feeney on the property for the last few days and he will be helping to support maintenance operations at Palm Worth for the time being. Ken has years of experience as a maintenance professional for several properties on the island and has extensive experience as an electrician. Corinne and Ken are in touch with Kevin to help answer questions about the property as needed. You will continue to see David Llovares on the property as well.


    I am sure you all join the board in offering our thoughts and prayers for Kevin’s recovery and well-being.
