Reminders before leaving the property

Please review the following reminders before leaving the property:

• Vehicle keys: If you are leaving your car on the property during your absence, you must leave the key in the office so it can be properly labeled and stored.
• Chairs and umbrellas: These must be placed inside your unit prior to departure. Items left in the outside storage area will be discarded.
• Bicycles: bicycles must be stored inside your unit. They may not be kept in the maintenance room while you are away.
• Abandoned items: Any items left in the storage areas or maintenance room will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.
